RALEIGH, N.C.鈥擮ne day after moving into the top 10 in school history in the 1500 meters, sophomore distance runner Rosie Shay (Middletown, N.J.) lowered her personal best in the 800 meters by more than 1.5 seconds as Villanova wrapped up competition at the Raleigh Relays on Saturday afternoon.
