SPOKANE, Wash. 鈥� The Pacific baseball team could not slow down Whitworth’s red-hot lineup, as the Pirates erupted for 38 runs in a Northwest Conference doubleheader sweep on Saturday. Game 1: Whitworth 15, Pacific 6 Pacific closed within a run in the seventh inning, scoring three times to trim the deficit to 7-6.
