Billikens Come Up Short in 3-1 Loss to Patriots
ST. LOUIS – The Billikens dropped a 3-1 decision to George Mason on Sunday afternoon at the Billiken Sports Center to close the series. Both teams were scoreless through four innings before George Mason broke through with two runs in the fifth to take a 2-0 lead. Saint Louis scored its lone run when Riley Iffrig drew a bases-loaded walk, cutting the deficit to 2-1 heading into the ninth.
