Baseball Sweeps Chatham in PAC Action
MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Allegheny baseball team swept a Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) doubleheader against Chatham in Meadville Sunday (March 29). The Gators won game one 7-0 and game two 5-4. Chatham entered the contest receiving votes in the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Top-25 Poll. Game One – Allegheny 7, Chatham 0 Liam Irving (Olney, Md./Sherwood) hit a lead-off single in the bottom of the first and advanced to second on a wild pitch.
