Baseball Splits with Penn State Berks in Doubleheader
READING, Pa. – Albright Baseball (11-9-1, 3-6 MAC Commonwealth) capped off a busy weekend with a pair of games against Penn State Berks (3-12-2). After the Nittany Lions took game one, Albright’s bats exploded in what was a game two blowout to salvage the day. Game 1: Berks opened the scoring with a four spot in the top of the first before the Lions began to strike back in their first opportunity to hit. Sam Specht got things started with a double to left center before Jake Manuel drove in Anthony Knight a few batters later on a sacrifice fly.…
