Women鈥檚 Track & Field Shows Well at UMass Flagship Opener
AMHERST, MA. – The Wesleyan women’s track and field team took to the track on Saturday morning, competing at the UMass Flagship opener while walking away with 10 Top 5 finishes. RESULTS HIGHLIGHTS From the field events, Alexandra Neubert ’29 placed second in the triple jump, reaching 10.91m. Katherine Goss ’29 followed in third place, finishing at a distance of 10.58m. Amelia Goettsch ’29 led the Cardinals in the 400m, earning second place as she crossed the finish line at 59.26.
