Women’s Tennis Wins Doubles Point in Victory Against Southeastern
NEW ORLEANS – The Privateers women's tennis team won a crucial doubles point and got singles wins from the top three flights to defeat the Southeastern Lady Lions 4-3 on Saturday at the Privateer Tennis Center. Danique Vermue and Fleur Sprengers continue to be an excellent pairing as the two Dutch women scored a 7-5 win at flight one over Bente Bierma and Paige Duncan. That secured the first point after Naila Krifa and Nouray Khaled dominated their match for a 6-2 win at flight three.
