Women鈥檚 tennis wins 6-1 over Shawnee State
NEW ALBANY, Ind. – IU Southeast women’s tennis secured its first River States Conference win of the season after defeating Shawnee State 6-1 Saturday afternoon. Libby Banet and Kate Halbig got the doubles matches started with a 6-1 win over Shawnee State’s Miranda Johnson and Marissa Justice. Eva Ellis and Maci Vaughn secured the doubles team point with a 6-3 win over Kathryn Nelson and Kendal Pauley. Banet opened the singles matches with a win over Miranda Johnson.
