Women鈥檚 tennis falls at Baldwin Wallace
Jason Kapusta BEREA, Ohio–The Westminster women’s tennis team opened its spring schedule with a 6-1 loss at Baldwin Wallace Saturday afternoon. Junior Emma Overlingas (Pittsburgh, Pa., Baldwin) secured Westminster’s lone point, earning a 6-4, 2-6, 6-2 win over Olivia Koutouras at No. 2 singles. Overlingas and senior Grace Askey (Dubois, Pa., Jeff Tech) were edged 6-4 at No. 2 doubles, falling to Gillian Brown and Samantha Thielen, 6-4. Up next: Westminster is scheduled to take visit Grove City on Saturday, April 18.
