Women’s Rowing Splits Results Against Boston University and George Washington
ITHACA, N.Y. — The Cornell women’s rowing team hosted Boston University and George Washington on the Cayuga Inlet on Saturday, racing 2,000 meters under challenging conditions that featured strong headwinds and variable gusts throughout the day. Cornell’s 1V8+ dropped a narrow decision to Boston University in the morning before rebounding to defeat George Washington by 4.7 seconds in the afternoon. The 2V8+ followed a similar pattern, falling to the Terriers by less than two seconds in the morning before topping the Revolutionaries in the afternoon by just over 15 seconds.
