Women’s Lacrosse Turns It Around in Second Half to Beat Washington
CHESTERTOWN, Md. – The Swarthmore College women’s lacrosse team outscored Washington College 13-1 in the second half to rally for a 17-9 victory on Saturday, picking up its first Centennial Conference win of the season. The Garnet fell behind 6-1 by the 11:11 mark of the second quarter. The score was 8-3 when Aubree Daugherty’s goal with 22 seconds left got Swarthmore within four and gave the visitors momentum heading into the break.
