The Muhlenberg track and field teams opened their outdoor season in conditions more conducive to competing indoors. The chilly temperatures and stiff winds at Lafayette made every event a challenge, but the Mule teams still were able to muster some noteworthy performances: • Senior Shira Gamson was the lone Muhlenberg athlete to win an event, taking first in the triple jump. • Sophomore Kelly Stephen recorded a huge personal best in placing third in the hammer.
