Tigers rally past Southwestern in Singles Sweep, 6-1
SEWANEE, Tenn. – Max Verellen clinched the match as Sewanee’s men’s tennis team earned a 6-1 victory over No. 32 Southwestern on Saturday morning. Southwestern opened by taking the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and 2. Sewanee picked up its lone doubles win at No. 3, where Henry Hyden and Aidan McVeigh battled to an 8-6 tiebreak victory.
