Throwers Shine in Outdoor Kick Off
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. 鈥� The Vermont State University Castleton women’s and men’s outdoor track and field teams kicked off their seasons at the Yellow Jacket Open, hosted by American International College, on Saturday. Women’s Results Isabell Lanfear grabbed her first win of the outdoor season with a toss of 11.86m in the shot put. Kalynn Stevenson followed closely in second at 11.75m, while Sienna Newth placed ninth (10.23m) and Katelyn Yerdon rounded out the top 10 (9.63m).
