Sweep of Wheaton Extends Foresters鈥� Winning Streak to Four
The Lake Forest College men’s tennis team posted its fourth consecutive victory on Saturday, sweeping visiting Wheaton College 7-0 at the Racquet Club of Lake Bluff. The Foresters earned the double point with somewhat narrow victories at all three positions. Sophomore Felipe Moraes and junior Rodrigo Cunha edged out the Thunder’s top tandem 7-5 for their sixth consecutive victory as a team. At #2, junior Bernardo Aguiar and senior George Ciuca doubled up their counterparts 6-3 for their 40th win together over the last three seasons.
