Softball Swept by Jax State
MIAMI — FIU’s softball program was downed in a doubleheader, falling 3-1 and 7-4, to Jacksonville State in Conference USA (CUSA) play on Saturday at home. The Panthers (23-12, 5-7 CUSA) were set back by the CUSA-leading Gamecocks (26-10, 11-1 CUSA) in both games on Saturday, as Jax State secured the series sweep over FIU.
