Pioneers Use Second Quarter Surge in Win Over Butler
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The University of Denver women's lacrosse team earned a 14-2 win over the Butler Bulldogs on Saturday morning in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Pioneers jumped out to an early lead off back-to-back goals from Ryan Dineen and Olivia Ripple to give Denver a 4-0 lead after the first frame. Ripple continued to anchor the Pioneers' offense, tallying her third and fourth of the day.
