Parker and Patel Record Top-10 All-Time Performances to Lead Men鈥檚 Track & Field
ST. LOUIS — The University of Chicago men’s track & field team opened its outdoor season on Friday with four athletes competing in the WashU Distance Carnival. Sanju Patel recorded the top finish of the day for the Maroons as he finished in fourth place amidst a talented field of runners in the 5000m Run. Patel’s time of 14:24.30 is a career best and ranks third-best in UChicago history. Isaac Cohen also ran the 5000m Run and finished in 152nd-place with a time of 15:28.89.
