Novak Sets Program-Best Time as Irish Open Outdoor Season
SOUTH BEND, Ind. 鈥� The Notre Dame track and field team kicked off its outdoor season with members competing in both the Raleigh Relays hosted by NC State in North Carolina and the Victor Lopez Classic, which was hosted by Rice University in Houston, Texas. Raleigh Relays Sophie Novak made Irish history in the 1500m on Friday afternoon, setting a new program record with a time of 4:08.90, finishing third overall.
