No. 6 Women’s Lacrosse Celebrates Senior Day with Win Over Virginia Wesleyan
LEXINGTON, Va. – The sixth-ranked Washington and Lee women’s lacrosse team delivered a dominant performance on Senior Day, defeating Virginia Wesleyan, 25-2, on Saturday afternoon at Alston Parker Watt Field. The Generals (9-2, 4-0 ODAC) scored the first 15 goals of the contest and saw contributions throughout the lineup, celebrating seniors Grace Kim, Sophie Edwards, Ella Dutton, Betty Boatwright, Emma Marsh, Christina Petras, Carmen Tosi, and Iman Haddad with a commanding conference victory over the Marlins (4-7, 0-4 ODAC).
