QUEENS, N.Y. – The Queens College men’s and women’s outdoor track and field teams opened their season Saturday, competing at the Big Hurt hosted by St. John’s University at the DaSilva Memorial Track & Field Complex. In the field events, senior Jalen George (Baldwin, N.Y.) led the way with a first-place finish in the shot put, recording a mark of 13.20 meters.
