Men鈥檚 Tennis Drops to Santa Clara, 4-1
SPOKANE, Wash. -- The Gonzaga men's tennis team took the court against the Santa Clara Broncos falling short 4-1. The doubles courts sparked early momentum for the Zags with duo Nicholas Reeves and Oscar Rashed taking the first lead for the Bulldogs, 6-3. Jay Fairclough and Giovanni Branchetti secured the doubles point in a tiebreaker, 7-6. As for singles play, Zags Tom Dunlop battled through two sets against Santa Clara's Valentin Faure but came up short 6-3 in both sets.
