Men鈥檚 Tennis Beats Houghton For First Time Since 2017
ROCHESTER, N.Y. 鈥� The St. John Fisher men’s tennis team swept Houghton in doubles and singles as it opened Empire 8 Conference play on Saturday with a 7-0 victory at the Midtown Athletic Club. The Cardinals improved to 3-3 overall with the victory, their first over Houghton since April 2017. The Highlanders had won 13 consecutive matches against the Cardinals. Senior Will Chubb and junior Tyler Hernandez improved to 3-2 as partners with a 6-2 win over Rune Camps and Jonas Likens in first doubles.
