Men鈥檚 Lacrosse Falls to Gwynedd Mercy in Atlantic East Opener
Gwynedd Valley, Pa.- The Marywood University men’s lacrosse team opened Atlantic East Conference play on Saturday afternoon but was unable to overcome a decisive second quarter surge in an 8-3 loss to Gwynedd Mercy University. The Pacers (5-7, 0-1 AEC) battled evenly through the opening 15 minutes, responding to an early goal by Gwynedd Mercy with an unassisted strike from Ricky Strobel to tie the game.
