Mary Baldwin Drops Doubleheader to Pfeiffer
Game 1 Mary Baldwin opened the doubleheader against Pfeiffer, scoring first in the top of the first inning. Junior Kendal Switala reached base and came around to score on an RBI single from freshman Dana Micone to give the Fighting Squirrels an early 1-0 lead. Pfeiffer responded quickly in the bottom half of the inning, capitalizing on errors and timely hitting to take control of the game.
