Marlins Dominate Averett 22-3, Secure Best Start in Program History at 9-2
The Virginia Wesleyan Marlins men’s lacrosse team (9-2, 3-1 ODAC) improved to 9-2 on the season with a commanding 22-3 victory over Averett (0-10, 0-4 ODAC) on Saturday afternoon, March 28, in Danville, Virginia. With the win, the Marlins move to 3-1 in ODAC play, continuing their strong stretch in conference competition. The victory also marks the best start to a season in program history for Virginia Wesleyan men’s lacrosse.
