The Marquette University women’s tennis team earned a 6-1 victory over Providence on Saturday afternoon. The Golden Eagles opened the match by securing the crucial doubles point with wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots, taking a 1-0 lead. Aiyana Abbott and Luciana Mendoza finished first for MU as they logged a 6-1 win in the third position.
