GRANVILLE, Ohio — Despite another electric performance by Elena Sorkin , the 19th-ranked Christopher Newport women’s lacrosse team could not quite keep pace with No. 10 Denison as the Captains dropped a 16-7 decision to the Big Red on Saturday afternoon at Kienzle-Hylbert Stadium.
