Dye wins high jump at Carnegie Mellon
PITTSBURGH--Westminster sophomore Rylan Dye (Hermitage, Pa., Hickory) won the high jump at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational Saturday afternoon at Gesling Stadium. Dye won the 22-competitor event with a top mark of 1.95 meters (6-04.75). Junior Jack Crider (Apollo, Pa., Kiski) finished seventh in the discus (44.18m, 144-11). Senior Benjamin White (Warren, Pa., Warren) finished 11th in the 200 meters (23.43) and was 13th in the 100 meters (11.22). Freshman Ta'Rel Richardson-Heasley (Grove City, Pa., Grove City) was 14th in the triple jump (12.04m, 39-06).
