Dunayevich and Snider Finish Top 10 in 10000m Run to Lead Women鈥檚 Track at WashU
ST. LOUIS — The University of Chicago women’s track & field team opened its outdoor season on Friday with four athletes competing in the WashU Distance Carnival. Katja Dunayevich and Estelle Snider led the Maroons in the 10000m Run as the duo both recorded top-10 finishes against a loaded field of talented runners. Dunayevich broke the UChicago freshman record and finished in seventh with the sixth-fastest time in UChicago history, and Snider added an eighth-place finish with the eigth-best time in UChicago history.
