Comets Defeat Falcons 4-3 for First LSC Victory
RICHARDSON, Texas – The UT Dallas women’s tennis team picked up its first Lone Star Conference win, defeating UT Permian Basin 4-3 at the UTD Tennis Courts Saturday afternoon. The visiting Falcons (4-8, 0-2 LSC) won the doubles point with close victories at one and three. The Comets (4-7, 1-1 LSC) won 6-1 in the second spot with Katia Robinson and Namrata Makhija defeating Mattea Bowe and Paige Sitanggang. UTD won the match by taking four of the six singles battles.
