Bears beat Emerson in underclassmen scoring barage
NEW LONDON, Conn. — Saturday afternoon, Coast Guard men’s lacrosse bounced back after a tough loss earlier in the week with a win at home against Emerson College 14-3. This contest started out slow with neither team being able to capitalize on their first offense chances. At 11:16 left in the first quarter, Coast Guard struck first by none other than their leading scorer sophomore Ezekiel Christian (Stonington, Conn.).
