BRUNSWICK, Maine — The Bates women’s tennis team faced No. 10 Bowdoin on Saturday in NESCAC action at the Maine Pines Indoor Racquet Center, with the Polar Bears coming away with a 7-0 decision. Bowdoin (4-3, 3-0 NESCAC) secured the doubles point with wins at all three positions. Iris Westmoreland and Emelyn Harris fell 6-0 at No. 1, while Grace LaFountain and Isabella Saul (No. 2) and Lia Swire and Hannah Farber (No. 3) each dropped 6-2 decisions.
