Baseball: Cortland Sweeps SUNYAC Twinbill vs. New Paltz
ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – The Cortland baseball team swept a SUNYAC doubleheader versus New Paltz, winning the first game, 12-2 in seven innings, and pulling away late in a 6-3 win in the nightcap. The twinbill was played at Bard College. The teams will move to New Paltz for the final game of the weekend series Sunday at noon. Cortland improved to 12-7-1 overall and 5-0 in the SUNYAC with the victories. New Paltz is now 7-7 overall and 1-2 in the league. Cortland 12, New Paltz 2 (7 inn.)
