BARNETT CLOSES OUT WOMEN鈥橲 TRACK AND FIELD AT RALEIGH RELAYS
Robert Hayes RALEIGH, N.C. - The IU Indianapolis women's track team finished up efforts at this week's Raleigh Relays on Saturday (Mar. 28) as senior Wini Barnett competed in the 800m event against a strong field of competitors. The veteran Jaguar finished her race in a time of 2:17.67, placing eighth in her race. Nearly 200 runners were spread across 19 heats of the 800 at Raleigh on Saturday with Barnett ultimately finishing 164th in the compiled results. The Jaguars will now return home to compete in Indiana State's Pacesetter Sports Invitational on Apr. 3-4 in Terre Haute.
