Amherst Pulls Away For Win Against Women’s Lacrosse
AMHERST, Mass. – The Amherst College women’s lacrosse team pulled away in the second half to defeat Bowdoin 16-6 on Saturday afternoon. The Mammoths improve to 8-0 (4-0 NESCAC) while the Polar Bears fall to 3-5 (0-5 NESCAC). Game Highlights Bowdoin led 2-1 in the opening quarter thanks to early goals from Annie Bermingham and Mara Muse, and were still deadlocked 2-2 heading into the second quarter.
