#16 Men鈥檚 Lacrosse Drops Contest To #1 Jumbos
The 16th-ranked Middlebury men’s lacrosse team fell to top-ranked Tufts 17-7 on Saturday afternoon from Youngman Field at Alumni Stadium. HIGHLIGHTS Ethan O’Neill got the Jumbos on the board 19 seconds into the first quarter, finishing on the doorstep into the right panel. Jack Regnery tallied 53 seconds later with a wraparound bid for a 2-0 advantage. Cooper DeMallie sliced the deficit in half with 12:38 showing on the clock, ripping a one-timer into the top-left corner.
