Women’s Tennis Drops Road Match to No. 56 North Florida
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — FIU's women's tennis team fell 4-1 to No. 56 North Florida on Friday afternoon at the UNF Tennis Complex, opening a two-match road swing. The Panthers (6-8) dropped the doubles point and three completed singles matches on Courts 2, 5, and 6. Vittoria Baccino secured FIU's lone point with a dominant 6-4, 6-2 victory on Court 3. North Florida took an early 1-0 lead, winning doubles matches on Courts 1 and 2.
