Women’s Rowing Opens Spring Racing Sunday at Doc Hosea Invitational
PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's rowing team is ready to start its spring racing season, and the 16th-ranked Quakers jump right into the deep end on Sunday when they participate in the Doc Hosea Classic. The annual event will take place on the Cooper River in nearby Cherry Hill, N.J. Penn will race Ivy rival Yale and Rutgers in Sunday's morning session, before facing Virginia in the afternoon session.
