UWL Opens Outdoor Season at WashU Distance Carnival; Zalewski Places Fourth in Steeplechase
Women’s Track and Field | 3/27/2026 9:30:00 PM St. Louis, Mo. – Four members of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women’s track & field team opened the outdoor season at the Washington University in St. Louis (Mo.) Distance Carnival. No team scores were recorded. The Eagles’ Julia Zalewski finished fourth (10:50.10) and Becca Immer sixth (10:53.66) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. Lily Higgins did not finish the race. In the 10,000-meter run, Lucile Duchac placed 19th (36:31.50).
