Track and Field Wraps Up WashU Distance Carnival
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Illinois Wesleyan University track and field teams wrapped up action at the WashU Distance Carnival Friday, March 27 from Bushyhead Track in St. Louis, Mo., with three Titans recording career-best times in the 5000m. Senior Abby Quinn (Chicago, Ill.-Marist) posted a personal-best time of 18:26.46 in the women’s 5000m, finishing in 49th-place. Five Titans ran in the men’s edition of the 5000m, as senior Seth Hamerski (Mount Vernon, Ill.-Webber) led the Green and White with a time of 15:32.52.
