Thoroughbreds fall to No. 23 Cardinals, 11-6
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY 鈥� The Skidmore College women’s lacrosse team fell 11-6 to No. 23 St. John Fisher at Wachenheim Field on Friday afternoon. In a defensive-sided matchup that featured 44 combined turnovers, the Thoroughbreds (4-6) battled throughout with timely goals in a low-scoring first three-quarters, but were unable to keep pace down the stretch as the Cardinals (4-3) pulled away in the fourth to secure the victory.
