NORMAL, Ill. — Illinois State track & field hosted day one of the Joyce Morton-Kief Invite at the Redbird Track & Field Complex on Friday afternoon. The meet kicked off in the field as athletes competed in the hammer throw. Redbird junior Adi Scott highlighted the opening event with a win in the women’s hammer throw, posting a mark of 50.67m in her first meet back after redshirting the indoor season.
