Polar Bears Tear Through Terriers On Friday Night
BRUNSWICK, Maine 鈥� The Bowdoin softball team blasted past Thomas College in a pair of cold Friday night wins at home. The Polar Bears are 15-2, posting the best start to a season in program history. Bowdoin won the first game 9-3 and pinned a 13-3 five inning setback on the Terriers (6-11) in game two. Previously, the best start to a season in 2008 when Bowdoin went 14-2 before dropping a three-game series to Tufts.
