Men鈥檚 Tennis Shuts Out Waynesburg in PAC Opener
VIENNA, Ohio — The three-time defending Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) champion Allegheny College men’s tennis team opened its conference schedule Friday with a 7-0 shutout over Waynesburg University on the indoor courts at Avalon at Squaw Creek. The Gators (8-7, 1-0 PAC) earned their third consecutive victory with an impressive performance against the Yellow Jackets. Allegheny, which lost no more than two games in any of the nine matches played, outscored Waynesburg 18-4 in doubles action and 72-7 in singles.
