Armbrust鈥檚 Career-High 11 Strikeouts Earns First Career SLIAC Pitcher of the Week Honor
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) has released the names of the student-athletes who were named SLIAC Player / Pitcher of the Week. WU’s first-year starting pitcher Colt Armbrust was named the SLIAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week for the week of March 16-22. Armbrust earned this selection with a career-best performance against Greenville University on March 21st where he recorded a career-high 11 strikeouts in seven innings of work.
