No. 18 Thoroughbreds suffer first loss of season at Trinity (CT)
HARTFORD, CT – The No. 18 Skidmore College men’s lacrosse team’s undefeated start to the 2026 season came to an end with a low-scoring 8-4 road loss at Trinity (CT) on Wednesday afternoon. In a defensive battle, the Thoroughbreds (7-1) put 21 shots on goal but were unable to consistently find the back of the net, as the Bantams (5-3) received a standout 17-save performance from their goalkeeper while Skidmore also went 0-for-4 on man-up opportunities.
