The Sailors took a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the third as JP Charron drove in Anthony Rosario on an RBI single and Jay Ammeraal added an RBI single of his own. West Ottawa responded with a run in the fifth inning and three runs in the sixth. Owen Tornga started the game for Mona Shores, tossing four no-hit innings while striking out six.
