Chris Lucas Sets 1,500-Meter Run School Record at Raleigh Relays
RALEIGH, N.C. - Chris Lucas set the school record in the 1,500-meter run on Thursday afternoon at the Raleigh Relays. The meet is being hosted by NC State at Paul Derr Track & Field Facility. Lucas posted a time of 3:51.39 in the race, placing 135th in a field of 224 runners. Lucas broke his previous school record in the event (3:51.49 in 2025).
