Zack Geertsen Earns National Recognition, Named to Team of the Week
Buena Vista, Va. 鈥� Southern Virginia University senior Zack Geertsen has been named to the D3Baseball.com Team of the Week, becoming the first player in program history to earn the honor. Geertsen, a two-time All-Region selection for the Knights, played a key role in an explosive offensive stretch that saw Southern Virginia score 56 runs while taking a 2-1 series win over Mary Baldwin University.
